Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

• Eligible plans may include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin automatically and the applicable fee will be charged.

• Fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added where required.

• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any law or infringe the rights of others

• Proxy, host, or distribute content you do not have the right to use

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or disrupt their operation

Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services except as expressly permitted

Your Content and Websites

You retain ownership of the websites, domains, and content you connect through the Services. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Services on your behalf, including routing and caching your content. You are solely responsible for the content served through your integrations.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

Intellectual Property

Termination
